Fallen EMT/Paramedic Dress Uniform Program
Worthy of Honor: Any EMT/Paramedic killed in the line of duty, will be provided, for burial purpose, at the request of that person’s family, a Class ‘A’ EMS Dress Uniform.
There is no charge for the uniform, certification striping or Star of Life longevity marks. The only cost is for freight which we will bill to the affiliated agency.

… with the hope that in some small way, it will help with the grieving process, and to let EMT/Paramedics across the country know we are thinking of them and we appreciate all they do in all of our communities.
After consultation with and approval from the provider's family, agency chiefs wishing to avail themselves of this program should contact Lighthouse Uniform Company directly at 800-426-5225. When calling please be prepared to supply the following information:
